Enter your baby or toddler's weight and get a workout plan tailored to you. Choose child position: front carrier, back carrier, shoulders, or parallel play.
After each workout, rate it easy/ok/hard. The app tracks your performance and gradually increases intensity using our proprietary algorithm.
Every workout covers all 5 movement patterns: squat, hinge, push, pull, and core. No worrying about overworking one muscle group.
Bodyweight only (no child or with child). Optional: elastic band, pull-up bar, kettlebell (4-20kg). Set once or choose per workout.
Interactive games that keep them engaged while you get stronger
Scrunch up paper balls together. They toss, you squat to collect. Every retrieval is a rep.
They run the course, you follow with shoulder presses, lunges, and lifts. Ages 3+.
Music on, you both dance. Music stops, you hold a plank or squat. They giggle, you strengthen.
Keep balloons in the air while doing squats, lunges, or marching. They chase, you move.
We're constantly creating new interactive games that make working out FUN for both of you. From tunnel crawls (plank holds!) to toy clean-up races (deadlifts!), every game is designed so they play and you rep.
