Flexible Workout Length
5 exercises per workout. You choose how many cycles (1-5).
- 1 cycle = ~7 minutes
- 2 cycles = ~14 minutes
- 3 cycles = ~20 minutes
- 4 cycles = ~25 minutes
- 5 cycles = ~30 minutes
Safety First
All exercises are studied to be safe for you and your child. The app automatically filters unsafe combinations.
