Enter your baby or toddler's weight and the app creates a workout plan tailored specifically to you.

Full Body Every Time

Every workout covers all 5 movement patterns. No worrying about overworking one muscle group and forgetting another.

  • Single leg: lunges, step-ups, Bulgarian split squats
  • Push: push-up variations, baby press, shoulder press, tricep dips
  • Pull: bent-over row, bicep curl, reverse fly, pull-ups
  • Core: plank, leg raises, russian twists, hollow holds

Your Equipment, Your Choice

Set your available equipment once in your profile, or choose per workout. The app adapts every session.

Flexible Workout Length

5 exercises per workout. You choose how many cycles (1-5).

  • 1 cycle = ~7 minutes

  • 5 cycles = ~30 minutes
