Our Family Built This

Because we needed it ourselves.

Hanna, Luca, Max and Phoenix — the PlayRep family

The Team

Hanna

Co-Founder & Content

Fitness trainer and former competitive sprinter. After Max was born, Hanna refused to choose between training and being present. She designs every workout and game in PlayRep, tests them with the kids, and coaches parents to build strength using their children as partners. Her philosophy: if the child is laughing, the parent keeps moving.

Luca

Co-Founder & Product

Entrepreneur and product builder. Luca handles the tech and the business, trains heavy at the gym and with the kids at home. He leads the dad and family workout programmes in PlayRep. He built it because no app on the market understood that parenthood and fitness belong in the same sentence.

Max

Chief Play Officer

Game tester. Tunnel racer. Paper ball champion. If Max won't play it, it doesn't ship.

Phoenix

Head of Baby Testing

Mirror play expert. Professional floor explorer. Tests all 0-12 month games by simply being herself.

Why We Built PlayRep

When Max was born, Hanna wanted to get back to training. But every workout meant choosing between being with her son or being at the gym. Neither felt right.

Luca was the same — already training heavy in the gym, but those sessions didn't include the kids. And on days at home, there was no way to move that didn't involve ignoring them.

"I do everything for my children. A workout is for me. But a game is for them. If the workout includes a game, I'm doing something for them while doing something for me. The guilt disappears."

That idea became PlayRep. A workout app where your child isn't an obstacle to training — they're part of it. They play a game filtered for their age. You do your reps. Everyone wins.

Max runs through tunnel races while Hanna holds a plank. Phoenix explores a mirror on the floor while Luca does squats holding him. It's not a compromise. It's how we train now.

PlayRep isn't trying to replace the gym. It's light resistance, mobility, bodyweight, and play. It complements heavy lifting — different kind of workout for the days you're home with your kids.

The Objective

Make it possible for every parent to train without choosing between their fitness and their children.

No guilt. No childcare logistics. No compromise. Your children play. You get stronger. That's it.
